Form Enhanced
Prototype interactive mobile user interfaces that communicate with Unity or Unreal Engine, built on Form's simple, node-based system.
Overview
Extending on a prototyping toolset called Form, originally created to test interactions and gestures for mobile UIs, Form Enhanced keeps Form's simple, node-based system but adds a whole layer of improvements for rapid prototyping.
It was built to showcase those extensions and to open up fast interaction and UI prototyping for the games industry, letting a live mobile prototype talk directly to engines like Unity and Unreal.
Form made testing gestures and interactions on-device fast, but stopped at the boundary of the app.
New patches let the node graph send and receive state from a running game engine in real time.
Designers could prototype live mobile UI against Unity or Unreal, no throwaway mockups.
